We’re passionate about giving back, which is why we are fully focussed on our three corporate social responsibility pillars which are charity, community, and the environment. Our annual employee-elected company charity of the year sees collective fundraising and volunteering for a cause that’s close to us, and we’re big on sustainability with our #TeamGreen Project. Plus, our community pillar is all about Trade-Up, a non-for-profit set up to retain 10,000 people every year in the UK to become tradespeople.
