What is the Age UK Business Directory?
The Age UK Business Directory is a free service to help older people find a trustworthy business in their local area. It covers a number of regions in England (see list below) and is managed by Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The directory lists trades (for example, builders, plumbers, joiners, plasterers, gardeners etc), as well as other relevant services, such as home care, mobility aid providers, solicitors or hairdressers.
You can be assured that much care is taken about the services that are included. Every company listed has been checked by Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire staff and has agreed to abide by our customer charter. [Note that Age UK Calderdale & Kirklees undertake the checks for companies in their area.]
