As seen in season two of Fixer Upper, this home features a stunning view of the surrounding woods and a state-of-the-art kitchen. It also boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, enough the listing says fit 10-12 people. The property is conveniently located only 12-15 from downtown Waco, the shopping and restaurant hub in the area. You can rent this home out for $275 per night.

The "Bachelor Pad Home"
This home was renovated by the Gaineses on Fixer Upper season 3 and it has a total of three guest rooms, one primary bedroom, and three full bathrooms. Inside the "Bachelor Pad” home, you'll find an open design living room, a kitchen with two islands, a dining area, and a large TV room. At $350 a night you can have this place to yourself.

The Morrow House
Though not remodeled by the Gaineses on Fixer Upper, this home was toured by them as a possible selection on the first episode of the last season of the series. The excessive white exteriors of this home give a fresh and inviting appeal.
Built some 130 years ago, the home was remodeled in 2017 and features three bedrooms and three baths. Some of the highlights of this home inside are a large kitchen with stark white and gold detailing, a living room with a vintage chandelier, and an outside patio perfect for enjoying the summer breeze. The starting piece to rent this property out is $315 a night.

The Gorman Home
When this home was getting renovated by Chip and Joanna it was dubbed as the “Catastrophe House” due to the state of utter distress it was in prior to the two doing their magic on this property. The dark hardwood floors are what bring out the beauty of this two-story home, which features a spacious kitchen, 6 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms, and a patio area with comfortable leather seating. The price to rent out this Fixer Upper home is quite steep at $533 a night.

The "Three Little Pigs" House
The “Three Little Pigs” home's design showcases Jo's trademark elevated, modern country style. Dark timber wood is present in many sections inside the home such as the kitchen's hood, the living room's sidewalls, and smaller furniture pieces. The home is perfect for small or mid-size family gatherings as it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Available to you and your family at $260 a night.

The "Chicken House"
This 1949 ranch-style home was renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines during season 3 of Fixer Upper. Located in the heart of Waco, Texas, this property is just 10 minutes from Magnolia Market as well as Lake Waco, Baylor University (where both Chip and Joanna went), and other popular attractions.
Guests will receive access to the entire home. Also (and this is the fun part!), there are three friendly chickens who live in the backyard. However, the host notes that they will be locked up in their coup and out of the way when the home is being rented. Rates start at roughly $200 per night.

The "School House"
The "School House" or the "German Schmear House" as it is referred to in the listing, is yet another season 3 gem! Chip and Joanna gave this property a gorgeous European-inspired renovation for owners Jeff and Sara back in 2016, as Joanna recapped on the Magnolia blog here. Now, fans can checkout this cozy cottage for themselves.
This home features a big open living area, a spacious backyard, four bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. It can accommodate up to eight guests. Prices per night vary but are upward of $300.

The "Shotgun House"
Who remembers the "Shotgun House?" As Joanna recalled in a Magnolia blog post, this renovation didn't come easy. In fact, she and Chip had to move the house (which was formerly abandoned) to another location while working on it as the land was sold to a developer.
Luckily, the house has since stayed put—which is very convenient for guests as it is just a block away from Magnolia Market! Inside, Chip and Joanna brightened the interiors and opened up the space to make the 720-square-foot property feel much more expansive. The single-bedroom house can accommodate up to two guests and costs roughly in the mid $200 range per night.

The "Brick House"
Originally built in 1927, the "Brick House" still boasts its original hardwood floors and shiplap! Chip and Joanna were careful to preserve the home's historic charm while renovating the property in season 3, as the listing describes.
Currently, the entire house is available for rental and can accommodate up to eight guests. Although, as the listing notes, the second floor of the home was not renovated by Chip and Joanna. The house is currently going for around $200 a night.

The "Little House on the Prairie"
During season 2, Chip and Joanna transformed this home into the perfect farmhouse-style retreat, making sure to preserve the home's original wood floors, ceilings, and walls.
As noted in the listing, this cheery home looks "almost identical" to how Chip and Joanna last left it. The rate per night is upwards of $300. The "Little House on the Prairie" can host up to eight guests.

The "Barndominium"
In season 3, Chip and Joanna Gaines transformed this horse barn into a modern-day home for the Meek family—a space that became known as a barndominium. The five-bedroom barn, which is located in Lacy Lakeview, Texas, boasts gorgeous neutral white walls, paired with natural textures, rustic accents, and cozy, stylish furniture to give off a clean, yet warm aesthetic.
A one-night stay is upwards of $800 to $1100 depending on when you book. However, the rental can accommodate up to 16 people.

The "Giraffe House"
Chip and Joanna added a few modern touches to this cottage-styled home in season 4 of Fixer Upper. Although the property didn't have an exact client per se, it was off the market within three days after listing. As Joanna recapped in this post on the Magnolia blog, "honestly it was hard to let this house go." It's currently going for around $250 a night and can accommodate up to eight guests.

This gem appeared on the season five finale of Fixer Upper. According to the listing, the home remains just as Chip and Joanna left it: "we haven't changed a thing."
